Role Overview

The role will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and brand visibility. This role leads high-impact sales activations, product launches, and promotional events to boost market performance. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales activation, trade marketing, or brand activation within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
  • At least 3 years of leadership or people management experience.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing sales promotions, product launches, and large-scale events.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and measure activation effectiveness.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute sales activation programs to drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate new product launches, in-store promotions, and other marketing initiatives to maximize sales impact.
  • Organize and oversee sales events, trade shows, and brand activations.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely and successful execution of activations.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of activations, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and resources associated with sales events and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained across all activations.
