About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Organizational Development (OD) Manager to drive organizational effectiveness, change management, and structural design across our expanding business. Based in our Pasig office, you will partner with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and design interventions that improve team dynamics, alignment, and performance. If you are passionate about diagnostic analysis, structural optimization, and building a highly resilient workforce architecture, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate large-scale OD interventions, organizational redesigns, and change management frameworks.
- Partner with executive leadership to conduct gap analyses on organizational structures, workflows, and culture to improve overall business efficiency.
- Lead the strategy and execution of the company-wide performance management system, competency mapping, and succession planning frameworks.
- Develop frameworks for driving corporate culture initiatives, tracking employee engagement data, and implementing action plans to boost retention.
- Establish key metrics to evaluate the business impact of OD interventions and report insights regularly to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an OD Manager, Organizational Effectiveness Manager, or Senior Consultant specializing in OD/Change Management.
- Strong expertise in change management methodologies, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex engagement and performance data into operational talent strategies.
- Amenable to working a full-time, Monday-to-Friday morning shift onsite in Pasig City.
