Senior Multi-Brand Operations Manager (F&B)

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Multi-Brand Operations Manager to oversee multi-unit F&B operations across our restaurant portfolio. This executive role is heavily focused on Back-of-House (BOH) operational efficiency, kitchen management, menu execution, and multi-store financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall F&B operations across multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring high standards of kitchen execution and guest experience.
• Drive BOH-centric initiatives focused on food quality, kitchen safety, yield management, and waste reduction.
• Manage multi-unit P&L performance, cost targets (food, labor, operating expenses), and store profitability.
• Coach and develop Area Managers and Head Chefs to build strong leadership pipelines across all branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing multi-brand or multi-unit operations in high-volume F&B environments.
• Strong background and hands-on expertise in Back-of-House (BOH) F&B operations and kitchen management.
