HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager

Location: Danao, Cebu
Work Schedule: M-F, Dayshift
Work Setup: Full onsite
The HR Manager provides HR support services to employees within the commissary to help achieve business objectives and support organizational growth through people management. The role oversees various HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits support, and HR compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in HR business partnering
- Experience working in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing environment
- Strong background in recruitment and talent management strategies
- Proven experience in training and developing managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Must be residing in or have relatives in Danao City, Cebu, or nearby municipalities
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
Assist in manpower planning by reviewing staffing requirements and identifying hiring gaps
Establish and maintain partnerships with external talent sources to support recruitment initiatives
Performance Management & Employee Development
Support the alignment of divisional objectives with overall organizational goals
Administer competency frameworks and facilitate employee competency evaluations
Recruitment & Onboarding
Conduct candidate screening, assessments, and interviews
Coordinate onboarding activities with concerned departments to ensure smooth employee integration
Training & Organizational Development
Facilitate the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives
Ensure proper implementation of training systems, documentation, and processes
- Maintain accurate and updated employee training records in coordination with Corporate HR and external providers
Compensation & Benefits Support
- Assist in conducting job evaluations and coordinate implementation activities with the Corporate Compensation & Benefits team
Provide clarification and guidance on compensation and benefits policies
Support employees in benefit availment and address payroll- and benefits-related concerns
Employee Engagement & Labor Relations
Organize and support employee engagement, wellness, and CSR initiatives
Handle employee disciplinary matters and assist in conducting investigations
Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with labor regulations
HR Operations & Compliance
Monitor HR budget utilization in line with approved KRAs
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
