Location: Taguig (Hybrid 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Salary: Up to 80,000

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Media Manager to lead our digital acquisition and paid media initiatives across multiple brands. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven, growth-oriented environment. You will be responsible for scaling paid media performance, optimizing ROI, and driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and lead multi-channel paid media strategies across search, social, and programmatic platforms to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic tools.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and overall business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Brand, Content, E-commerce, Analytics) to align goals and execute cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members to deliver high-quality campaign execution and foster a culture of performance excellence.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Continuously explore new channels, ad formats, creatives, and strategies to improve campaign outcomes and unlock growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media buying/planning, or growth marketing.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and preferably TikTok Ads.
  • Familiarity with programmatic platforms such as DV360 or The Trade Desk is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel or data visualization/dashboard tools.
  • In-depth understanding of paid media KPIs, budget pacing, attribution modeling, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience in fast-paced industries such as e-commerce, consumer goods, or tech is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing CPAS campaigns or collaborative commerce advertising solutions.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, or Shopee.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution and measurable results.
