Program Officer (School Setting)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scholarship program from start to finish, including reviewing applications, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance.
- Identify and engage eligible candidates while coordinating with students, parents, and partner organizations.
- Conduct site visits, evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare progress reports.
- Assist with budgeting, track expenditures, and support financial reporting for foundation activities.
- Support marketing, outreach, and fundraising efforts to boost program awareness and participation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to work independently.
- Experience in education programs, nonprofit organizations, or foundations is preferred.
- Basic understanding of budgeting and financial procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and community development.
