About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Division Head (AVP/VP) to lead the overall engineering function and provide strategic direction across projects, technical operations, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee the Engineering Division and its overall operations
2. Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company objectives
3. Oversee engineering projects from planning through execution and completion
4. Ensure projects are delivered within budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards
5. Lead, manage, and develop engineering and technical teams
6. Review and monitor project plans, technical designs, budgets, and progress
7. Coordinate with construction, project management, procurement, finance, and other key stakeholders
8. Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other technical partners
9. Drive process improvements, cost efficiency, and operational excellence
10. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, safety requirements, and relevant regulations

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
2. 10+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience
3. Proven experience leading an engineering division or large engineering team
4. Experience in construction, property development, real estate, or related industries is preferred
5. Strong background in project management, budgeting, cost control, and technical operations
6. Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
