Role Overview:
Leads marketing and sales activation initiatives to increase visibility, engagement, and sales. Manages a small team and ensures successful execution of events and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing activations, sales promotions, and product launches.
- Lead campaigns and initiatives to drive business results.
- Manage a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve targets.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

- Experience in marketing activations, sales, or related roles.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and executing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to plan and execute large-scale activations successfully.
