IT Quality and Testing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead quality assurance and testing processes for IT projects.
• Define testing protocols and track defect resolution.
• Ensure system reliability and performance before deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related course.
• 5+ years of experience in QA/testing and at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Familiar with testing tools, automation, and documentation standards.

Work Details:

• Location: Makati (Onsite)
• Schedule: Compressed workweek (MonThu 8AM-6PM, Fri 8AM-5PM; flexible hours)
• Salary Range: 30,000-50,000
