Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Financial Accounting & Close, Accounting  including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and period-end close
• Ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal control standards
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits
• Partner with global and regional finance stakeholders
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, and issue escalation
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
• Oversee transitions of new processes into the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA license required
• At least 8 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Willingness to work onsite in Taguig
