Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of online marketing strategies. This role will enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, and social media).
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to maintain brand consistency.
  • Optimize website content for better search ranking and user experience, focusing on e-commerce.
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze SEO performance metrics.
  • Implement retargeting and cart abandonment campaigns to boost conversions.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends and test new tools/techniques.
  • Establish and manage influencer partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing (SEO, content, social media, email).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and conversion rate optimization.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing training and professional development.
