Mondays - Fridays
8:30 PM - 6:00 PM (compressed workweek)

Summary:

The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with clients in the luxury goods sector, including watches, luxury pens, and other high-end products. The role involves managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling luxury watches, pens, and other premium products to existing and potential clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Provide clients with detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing, to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys products, including their unique selling points, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the brand and stay connected with key industry players.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager, including sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitive analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related course.
  • Must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, experience in handling luxury goods sector (watches, pens, jewelry, etc.) is an advantage
  • With proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
