Global Supply Chain Director (US EXP)

We are seeking a seasoned Global Supply Chain Director to lead and transform our supply chain operations within the Global Center  in Manila. This role plays a critical part in aligning with global leadership, ensuring compliance, driving operational excellence, and enhancing overall business performance.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in global supply chain management, offshore team leadership, ERP expertise, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the GCC-wide supply chain strategy, overseeing procurement, vendor management, and compliance.

• Partner with IT on ERP and supply chain technology systems to optimize operations.

• Drive continuous improvement, process streamlining, and cost reduction initiatives.

• Govern vendor data management and performance through KPIs and reporting.

• Manage and enhance externally provided business services, including issue resolution and compliance oversight.

• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and stakeholders across the US and GCC for seamless operations.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.

• Oversee budget, resources, and staff performance for procurement functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (required)

• Masters degree and certifications (Six Sigma, CPM, CMRP) (preferred)

• 10+ years in supply chain leadership with global organizations

• 3+ years managing offshore/global capability center teams

• Strong ERP systems experience (Workday, BI tools, Supply Chain modules)

• Healthcare sector exposure (preferred)

• Exposure in collaborating with US-based stakeholders

• Proven expertise in compliance, process improvement, and change management
