Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines and data architectures.
• Integrate and consolidate data from multiple internal and external systems into centralized repositories or data warehouses.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across different business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Implement data governance policies, including privacy, security, and compliance measures.
• Optimize database performance and automate data processing workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow, quality, and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Database Developer, or in a similar role.
• Strong command of SQL and familiarity with data warehousing tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Data Warehouse).
• Proficient in Python, R, or Java for data manipulation and automation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, or Azure Data Factory).
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of data modeling, governance, and API integration.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling large datasets efficiently.
• Background in healthcare or insurance data systems is an advantage.
