Role Overview
The Organizational Development (OD) Manager serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders within the Technology and Engineering organization. This role blends deep expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and culture transformation with a strong grasp of talent management, performance enablement, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
Align Organizational & Talent Strategies
- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement organizational and workforce strategies aligned with business goals, including succession planning, talent development, and retention programs.
- Translate business objectives into measurable OD initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and innovation.
Build Leadership & Organizational Capability
- Coach and develop leaders to strengthen their effectiveness and promote inclusive, high-performing leadership behaviors.
- Design and implement leadership development frameworks and capability-building programs to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
Drive Cultural Transformation
- Lead culture-shaping initiatives that foster collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Embed company values and behaviors across teams, reinforcing alignment between culture and strategy.
Enable Business Impact through OD Interventions
- Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, structure optimization, and change management strategies that support growth and scalability.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess organizational health, identify gaps, and propose evidence-based solutions.
Champion HR and OD Excellence
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Operations to ensure integrated delivery of OD, talent, and people initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organization Development, or Business Administration (Masters degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive HR and OD experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic OD or HR Business Partner role.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational development, leadership development, and change management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational transformation.
- Experience in technology or engineering environments is highly desirable.
