Job Summary

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of relevant experience and is committed to ensuring the safe and efficient handling of medications and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
• Receive and process prescriptions from patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain inventory by checking stock levels, receiving deliveries, and organizing supplies.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of medications in compliance with regulations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic guidance under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy area.
• Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating patient records.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience in a pharmacy, hospital, or clinical setting
• Completion of a pharmacy assistant training program or relevant healthcare course is preferred
• Basic knowledge of medications, prescription handling, and pharmacy operations
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed instructions
