Job Description:

The Company Physician (Reliever) is responsible for providing occupational health services, medical consultation, and emergency care to employees during assigned clinic schedules. The role ensures the delivery of quality healthcare services, promotes employee wellness, and supports the organization's occupational health and safety programs while maintaining compliance with applicable health regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical and Medical Services

  • Conduct medical consultations, assessments, and treatment for employees with work-related and non-work-related health concerns.
  • Diagnose and manage common illnesses and injuries within the scope of occupational medicine and general practice.
  • Provide first aid, emergency medical care, and stabilization of patients prior to referral or transport to healthcare facilities when necessary.

Occupational Health Management

  • Support the implementation of occupational health programs and workplace health initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee health conditions that may impact workplace safety and productivity.
  • Participate in workplace risk assessments and provide medical recommendations to address occupational health concerns.

Medical Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Prepare medical reports, clinic summaries, referrals, and other required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health standards, workplace safety regulations, and relevant government requirements.

Employee Wellness and Health Promotion

  • Conduct health education sessions, wellness consultations, and preventive healthcare activities.
  • Promote healthy lifestyle practices and employee well-being programs.
  • Provide medical advice and counseling regarding disease prevention, health maintenance, and workplace ergonomics.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physician with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license. Newly licensed physicians are welcome to apply!
  • With relevant experience in occupational health, corporate healthcare, industrial medicine, hospital practice, or general medicine.
  • BCOM Certificate is required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, workplace health programs, and emergency medical response.
