Job Description:

Were looking for a Marketing Manager who will drive brand growth, strengthen market positioning, and lead integrated campaigns for a leading player in the home improvement and lifestyle retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals, driving growth and brand awareness.
  • Own Content Calendar: Lead the planning and execution of monthly content calendars across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Strengthen Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Lead Creative Collaboration: Work closely with outsourced creatives, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality, on-brand materials.
  • Execute Campaigns: Manage integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and special initiatives.
  • Analyze and Optimize Performance: Monitor key metrics, prepare reports, and refine strategies to maximize ROI and engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts drive revenue and enhance customer experience.
  • Project & Budget Management: Oversee multiple concurrent campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to identify new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related rolespreferably in retail, lifestyle, or home improvement industries.
  • Proven background in content strategy and storytelling across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and customer segmentation.
  • Experience leading and collaborating with outsourced creatives and marketing vendors.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
