Business Process Management Lead - OPEX
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured workshops to assess and document current and future-state business processes.
- Review and validate process documentation, ensuring readiness for implementation and change.
- Guide fit–gap assessments and recommend process harmonization or enhancements where needed.
- Evaluate the impact of process changes on policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide oversight and approval for solution designs and significant process updates.
- Facilitate resolution of cross-functional issues and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in business process management, transformation, or related roles.
- Leadership exposure in at least one large-scale enterprise system implementation.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, logistics).
- Experience with policy development, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
