Regional Sales Head (Fintech)
Job Description:
The position is primarily responsible for business results and operations of the designated region. The Regional Sales Head shall provide strategic direction for cost efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness of personnel in areas within the assigned region, to attain optimum operations efficiency and profits. The position will also monitor region-wide branch operations and liaise with support units as needed to create sustainable growth.
Preferred industries: Fintech and Banking
Experience: at least 10 years in sales with multi-branch and product business development and sales within a region or several areas, compliance, risk, and fraud, articulate with excellent communication skills, leadership and deep stakeholder management
Must be willing to relocate to a region, as he/she may most likely be rotated to other regions in LUZVIMIN
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in financial technology, digital banking, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding regional sales targets.
- Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, digital payments, or financial service solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
