Job Description:
Work Setup: Full Onsite, Dayshift

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Develop and oversee financial strategies, business insights, and performance analysis to support business growth and decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management and stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance, to drive profitability and improve business performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and financial efficiency through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance management.
- Strong background in financial modeling, analytics, and translating financial data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, preferably with experience in the f&b industry.
