SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced  Engineering Manager to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on technology leadership role responsible for leading engineering teams, driving digital transformation, designing scalable solutions, and providing technical direction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience leading and mentoring software engineering or development teams
• Strong backend development experience in Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or similar technologies
• Experience in software architecture, system design, and scalable applications
• Experience with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript
• Strong SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL experience
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, or similar technologies
• Experience with APIs and service-oriented architecture
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, procurement, or inventory systems is a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead one or more development squads and provide technical direction
• Drive digital transformation and innovative technology solutions
• Work closely with technology and business stakeholders on product roadmaps
• Translate product and business requirements into technical priorities
• Participate in system architecture and complex solution design
• Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering quality standards
• Mentor and develop engineering team members
• Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management
