Operational Excellence Manager (Finance - AU/NZ)

Job Summary: The Operational Excellence Manager acts as a transformation agent within the Shared Service Center. Using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, you will identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement solutions to reach "best-in-class" status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Perform end-to-end "As-Is" and "To-Be" analysis for RTR and STP functions.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure process updates are well-received and executed.
- Training: Oversee and deliver end-user training for all process improvements and digital automation tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Run process workshops with AU/NZ stakeholders to approve improved workflows.
Requirements:
- Certification: Lean Six Sigma Certified (Green or Black Belt) is mandatory.
- Market Expertise: Experience project-managing process improvements for the AU/NZ shared service framework.
- Skills: Advanced Project Management and Digital Automation skills.
