Job Description:

We are looking for a Brand Manager to drive brand growth and deliver business results. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and retail initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills to manage end-to-end brand performance, from product lifecycle management to digital marketing and retail execution.

Key Responsibilities


Brand Strategy

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company vision.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain brand identity through guidelines, messaging, and visual assets.
  • Translate principal direction into localized brand objectives and strategies.

Product Management

  • Oversee product lifecycle, from concept to post-launch.
  • Collaborate with merchandising on product assortments and pricing strategies.
  • Manage promotions, pricing, and inventory to ensure profitability.
  • Analyze product performance and recommend improvements.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social, PR, and in-store initiatives.
  • Manage social media presence and engagement.
  • Create compelling content and campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty.

Retail Operations

  • Ensure brand consistency across all distribution channels.
  • Implement and monitor visual merchandising standards.
  • Review store performance and identify areas for growth.
  • Train and motivate sales teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years experience as a Brand Manager (7 years for Senior Brand Manager), preferably in retail.
  2. Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.
  3. Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  4. Detail-oriented and accurate in executing initiatives.
  5. Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering results.
