We are looking for an experienced Payment Posting Associate to join our growing U.S. healthcare team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management process, ensuring timely and accurate claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management for our U.S. clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit clean claims (electronic and paper) to payers in compliance with regulations
• Perform AR follow-up to ensure timely payment from insurance companies
• Manage denials and appeals, including coordination of mass appeals with payers
• Reconcile payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records
• Generate KPI and month-end reports for finance and management teams
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer-specific rules

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. healthcare RCM, with exposure to claims, billing, and AR processes
• Strong knowledge of denial management and appeals process
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and payer guidelines
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Proficient in MS Office and healthcare billing software
• Willing to work the night shift
