Job Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for generating sales and building strong relationships with clients within the luxury goods market. The role focuses on managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting premium items to existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Manage and grow assigned accounts, fostering long-term client partnerships and repeat business.
- Deliver personalized service and expert product recommendations tailored to each clients needs and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive product information, highlighting features, benefits, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
- Address client concerns or inquiries promptly to ensure a positive and lasting customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the luxury sector.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and exhibitions to strengthen market presence.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of relevant sales experience.
- Exposure to the luxury, apparel, or accessories industries is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-value clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-first approach.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
