Technical Services Sr Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager for Technical Support Services to lead engineering and technical support functions across FMCG supply chain operations. This is a leadership role focused on ensuring smooth and reliable technical operations across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Technical Support Services team, providing engineering expertise to plants, warehouses, and utilities.
- Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades for equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Ensure operational reliability and efficiency, minimizing downtime and optimizing asset performance.
- Provide technical support during new line installations, plant expansions, and commissioning projects.
- Implement preventive maintenance, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with FMCG safety standards, quality requirements, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with regional and site leaders to align technical services with business needs.
Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial).
- At least 1215 years technical services or engineering leadership experience in FMCG, beverage, or manufacturing.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams across multiple facilities.
- Strong background in maintenance, utilities, and process equipment support.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
