Marketing Manager - Hybrid (4 Days Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive significant brand growth.
The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and creative strategy with sharp analytical skills to execute marketing plans that directly translate into business success. You must have a proven background in managing end-to-end campaigns, developing compelling content, enhancing brand positioning, and mastering cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Build and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Own Content Calendar: Strategically plan and manage monthly content calendars across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Strengthen Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual alignment across all marketing touchpoints.
- Lead Creative Collaboration: Effectively brief and collaborate with outsourced creatives, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Execute Campaigns: Lead the planning, launching, and management of integrated marketing campaigns, including seasonal product launches and promotional initiatives.
- Analyze and Optimize: Track key metrics, generate performance reports, and use data-driven insights to adjust strategies, maximize ROI, and boost engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with sales, product, and operations teams to support revenue goals and improve the overall customer experience.
- Project & Budget Management: Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, manage marketing budgets efficiently, and ensure the timely delivery of all marketing outputs.
- Market Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maintain and strengthen brand competitiveness.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketing staff (if applicable) and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, or related roles.
- Strong background in content strategy and storytelling across multiple channels.
- Proven expertise in planning and executing detailed monthly content calendars.
- Solid understanding of brand positioning, development, and market trends.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with outsourced creatives and graphic artists.
- Skilled in executing successful marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives that drive measurable results.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 working days).
Work Setup: HYBRID (4 days Onsite in San Rafael, Bulacan / 2 days Work-From-Home).
Shift: Flextime (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
