Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all content execution across multimedia platforms, ensuring timely and high-quality output

• Handle end-to-end multimedia responsibilities, including planning, coordination, and content production

• Translate marketing and brand strategies into clear, effective, and engaging content deliverables

• Supervise and guide the Marketing Assistant in daily tasks, content support, and execution priorities

• Review, edit, and approve content to ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual standards

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align content with campaigns, launches, and business initiatives

• Manage content calendars and ensure deadlines are consistently met

• Provide clear direction, hands-on guidance, and constructive feedback to support team development

• Maintain organized content workflows and documentation

• Stay updated on content trends, formats, and best practices across digital platforms

• Ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining creative and production quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, multimedia production, or content leadership roles

• Strong background in managing and executing digital and multimedia content

• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff or assistants

• Excellent eye for detail, storytelling, and visual consistency

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
