Job Summary

The OD Manager is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through talent development, performance management, culture-building initiatives, and change management programs. This role ensures the organization remains agile, high-performing, and aligned with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Organization Development

  • Design and implement OD frameworks and interventions
  • Lead organizational restructuring and transformation initiatives
  • Assess and improve organizational effectiveness

Performance & Talent Management

  • Oversee performance management systems and processes
  • Drive succession planning and leadership development programs
  • Identify capability gaps and learning opportunities

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Develop engagement and culture-building initiatives
  • Support employee experience and retention strategies
  • Strengthen organizational values alignment

Change Management

  • Lead change management initiatives across departments
  • Facilitate communication and adoption of organizational changes
  • Monitor impact and effectiveness of OD interventions

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or HR Transformation
  • Strong experience in change management and culture-building
  • Proven track record in implementing OD programs
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
