Position: Head of Products & Portfolio Management

Location: NCR, On-site, Morning Shift

Responsibilities

• Lead product portfolio management across commercial, public sector, cloud, connectivity, AI/emerging technologies, and academy/training initiatives.

• Oversee full product lifecycle: strategy, development, go-to-market, and execution.

• Drive innovation and competitiveness in technology enterprise solutions.

• Manage and develop a team of product professionals.

• Align product strategy with business growth and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end product leadership (portfolio management, strategy, execution).

• Background in telecommunications or technology enterprise (cloud, connectivity, data centers, enterprise solutions).

• Strong strategic and functional leadership skills.

• Collaborative and approachable personality.

• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud.

• Strong technical foundation in product management & strategy.
