E-commerce Manager

Job Description

As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be the primary architect of the companys digital growth, driving total online revenue and major marketplaces. You will lead a dedicated team to execute high-impact promotional strategies, optimize performance marketing (ROAS/CAC), and scale the brand's presence in the Philippine market. By blending data-driven insights with creative collaboration, you will ensure seamless end-to-end customer journeys that convert traffic into loyal shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Revenue Growth: Own the total online sales target by developing growth strategies for Shopify and multi-channel marketplaces.

  • Marketplace Mastery: Oversee end-to-end operations on Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and TikTok Shop, including campaign planning (e.g., 11.11) and listing optimization.

  • Performance Marketing Oversight: Lead the digital advertising strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring efficient spend and high ROAS.

  • Conversion Optimization: Manage Shopify site health, improving user experience, product pages, and conversion funnels.

  • Promotional Planning: Design and execute a commercial calendar featuring bundles, flash sales, and hero product launches in coordination with Brand Managers.

  • Data-Driven Analytics: Monitor and report on GMV, AOV, and CAC to identify trends and pivot strategies for maximum profitability.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team (Performance Marketing and Ops) while collaborating with Creative and Brand teams for cohesive campaigns.

Key Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: 5–8 years in ecommerce or digital retail, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Platform Expertise: Proven track record managing Shopify and Southeast Asian marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada).

  • Marketing Savvy: Deep understanding of performance ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) and the digital acquisition funnel.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex sales data into actionable commercial growth plans.
