Role Overview
This leadership role is responsible for steering the enterprise toward full retail readiness by enhancing sales productivity and operational efficiency. The position focuses on implementing a scalable retail sales strategy while leading enterprise-wide initiatives in data-driven insights and capability development.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in retail sales, with experience spanning both B2B and B2C solution environments.
- At least 7 years in sales enablement or effectiveness roles, including a minimum of 5 years managing sales teams.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role and experience leading multi-team or multi-company project implementations.
- Must have experience within the pharmaceuticals, power generation, manufacturing, or telecommunications industries.
- Advanced skills in strategic planning, retail technologies, project management, and change management communication.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive retail sales strategy to ensure strong customer engagement and overall group success.
- Lead initiatives to leverage customer data and business analytics for improved operational management and strategic decision-making.
- Design and implement learning programs, systems, and tools to strengthen team capabilities and performance.
- Identify and address process gaps to modernize sales operations and enhance responsiveness to market trends.
- Provide analytical and technical support to senior leadership, including preparation of advocacy materials and performance presentations.
- Establish systems to monitor sales performance, partnering with HR to define recognition and reward programs tied to clear metrics.
