We Are Hiring: Customer Service Representatives – Non-Voice
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Work Setup & Shift: Full Onsite | Day Shift
Headcount: Multiple Openings (High Volume Hiring)
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle non-voice customer support tasks
* Perform data validation, reconciliation, and transaction processing
* Ensure written communications meet strict grammar and formatting standards
* Follow standard operating procedures in a structured, process-driven environment
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree required
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* BPO experience is an advantage
* Strong written English skills with high attention to grammar and clarity
* Detail-oriented and able to follow standard procedures
* Basic knowledge of finance operations or accounting concepts is a plus.
