Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, trends, and profitability drivers.
• Provide financial support and recommendations for investments, expansion, and new business initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement and cost efficiency.
• Oversee and develop the management accounting team while enhancing financial reporting processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Management Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, or related finance roles.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, FMCG, or similar fast-paced consumer industries is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience with strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
