Job Summary:

The Brand Officer is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of brand strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, sales performance, and customer engagement. This role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with the companys business goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of brand strategies to boost sales and market presence.
  • Ensure brand consistency across marketing, digital, and in-store touchpoints.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, launches, and activations with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage product lifecycle tasks, including launches, pricing, and inventory monitoring.
  • Analyze campaign, sales, and market data to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely product availability.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer insights to guide brand initiatives.
  • Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies to drive store and brand growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role in the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
