We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of IT to lead our organizations technology direction and ensure that all systems, infrastructure, and digital initiatives align with business goals. This role oversees multiple domains including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, quality & testing, and delivery.

The ideal candidate is a visionary technology leader who combines strong technical acumen with business insight capable of driving innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and building a high-performing IT organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the companys IT strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
• Oversee infrastructure operations, enterprise systems, networks, and cybersecurity measures.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and effective disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Lead and mentor IT teams across various disciplines (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Delivery, Quality & Testing).
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology-enabled growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• At least 1015 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including managing diverse technology teams.
• Proven track record in IT operations, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity governance.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise systems, and data management frameworks.
• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
