Setup: Hybrid (4 days WFH; 1 day onsite)

Work Schedule: Day shift

Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive for Corporate & Leisure will drive client acquisition and relationship management across both B2B and B2C markets. The role entails managing travel-related partnerships with airlines, hotels, and tourism boards while representing the company at industry events to generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in travel management or hospitality industry, and business development.
  • Strong background in end-to-end sales, client servicing, and account growth.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales environments, with exposure to corporate and leisure travel management is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to conduct fieldwork and attend events or trade shows.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new corporate and leisure travel accounts through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with airlines, hotels, and tourism boards.
  • Conduct sales presentations and attend industry events to promote travel services and packages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize travel solutions based on client needs.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to account servicing and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to support business strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular updates on sales pipelines and account performance.
