We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead our talent growth and capability-building programs. Operating from our Pasig headquarters, you will shape the continuous learning culture of the organization by designing, delivering, and scaling training programs for technical, leadership, and professional development. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis (TNA) across technical, operational, and leadership teams to identify critical skills gaps.
• Design, develop, and oversee the execution of end-to-end learning pathways, including onboarding, leadership academies, and specialized skill building.
• Manage and mentor a team of trainers/instructional designers to ensure high-quality delivery of blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, and self-paced).
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using standard frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Source and manage relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and platform providers while overseeing the L&D budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or Senior L&D Lead, preferably within fast-paced or technical industries.
• Extensive experience in curriculum design, instructional frameworks, and managing modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Dynamic presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences from entry-level to executives.
• Amenable to working a full-time, Monday-to-Friday morning shift onsite in Pasig City.
