Location: Quezon City (On-site)
Work Schedule: Morning Shift, Monday-Friday

Job Summary

The Head of Marketing (VP/AVP Level) will drive the strategic marketing direction of the company, leading brand development, campaigns, digital marketing, and customer engagement. Experience in FMCG, brand retail, or parallel industries is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the companys overall marketing and brand strategy.

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store execution.

  • Manage brand positioning, product launches, and customer engagement programs.

  • Oversee market research, insights gathering, and competitive analysis.

  • Manage marketing budget, agency relationships, and media planning.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Merchandising, and Sales to support business goals.

  • Lead the marketing team in achieving brand equity and revenue targets.

  • Drive innovation in content, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.

  • At least 10 years of marketing leadership experience in FMCG or retail.

  • Proven ability to lead brand strategy, product marketing, and digital marketing.

  • Strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills.
