Program Officer
Job Description:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Onsite: 7:20 AM - 4:20 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end scholarship program administration, including application processing, document verification, and compliance tracking.
- Recruit qualified scholarship applicants and coordinate communication between students, parents, and partner institutions.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor program effectiveness, and provide reports on implementation status.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial tracking, and expense reporting for foundation initiatives.
- Support the foundations marketing, outreach, and fundraising campaigns to increase program visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, or related field.
- Proven administrative and project management skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in education programs or nonprofit/foundation work is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with budgeting and basic financial processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about education and community development.
