The Customer Service Representative (Finance) – Non-Voice is responsible for handling finance-related operations, ensuring accurate data processing, reconciliation, and proper documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to follow structured processes while supporting overall client and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process finance operations tasks including data validation, reconciliation, and transaction processing.
  • Ensure all written communications and documentation are clear, accurate, and meet strict formatting and grammar standards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and assist in troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Perform audits or reviews to identify errors, discrepancies, and process gaps.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in insurance operations, finance, or related fields is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Strong written English skills with strict attention to grammar, clarity, and formatting.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Basic knowledge of finance operations, accounting concepts, or financial processes is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
