Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

The Client and Partnership Manager will be responsible for driving business development by attracting new clients and securing strategic partnerships:

  • Client Acquisition & Sales:
    • Attract new clients to open accounts and process their payments.
    • Initiate and lead meetings with key decision-makers, handling the sales process from researching the contact to signing an agreement for account opening.
    • Actively search for potential clients , conduct cold outreach using various tools and systems , handle objections, and close deals.
    • Meet monthly KPIs by creating a pipeline of clients.
  • Partnership Building:
    • Create a pipeline of international partners.
    • Negotiate and sign referral agreements with partners (secretarial companies, law firms and other service providers in different countries) from different jurisdictions.


Experience and Skills Required

Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership building.

International Focus: Experience of working with international clients and partners, with the ability to establish trust and long term relationships.

Negotiation & Drive: Strong negotiation skills and an inner strong drive to hit targets and grow the business.

Language: Proficient English skills are required.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Work Arrangement: Full-time work, which can be remote or on-site if in Hong Kong.

    Schedule: Scheduled from 9 am to 6 pm.

    Compensation: Competitive base compensation and performance-based incentives.

    Development: Partial compensation for training and certifications after a year with the company.
