KOL Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic KOL Specialist to drive growth through partnerships with affiliates, creators, and influencers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall affiliate and influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with affiliates, creators, and influencers across multiple platforms.
- Negotiate partnerships, collaborations, and campaign deliverables that align with brand goals.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in affiliate and influencer marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or digital marketing.
- Strong network and knowledge of influencer ecosystems across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and make strategic recommendations.
