HR Generalist (With Recruitment Background)
Job Description:
Location: Angat, Bulacan
Work setup: Full Onsite
Work Schedule: Compressed Work Week
- Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
- Saturday - 8am-12nn
Role Overview
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. This role ensures that HR operations run smoothly while aligning with the company's goals in the logistics industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist functions, with strong exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- With background within the logistics or transportation industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide day-to-day HR support across functions such as employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational goals.
- Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and provide effective staffing solutions.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to track recruitment and overall HR performance.
