Role Overview

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) – Executive Level serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives. This role drives workforce planning, organizational development, leadership capability, and culture transformation to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

The HRBP partners closely with business leaders to ensure people strategies directly impact performance, engagement, and long-term organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals

  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives

  • Provide expert advice on organizational effectiveness and talent optimization

Talent & Leadership Management

  • Oversee performance management and leadership development programs

  • Identify and develop high-potential talent pipelines

  • Drive succession planning for critical roles

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Manage complex employee relations cases and provide sound risk-based recommendations

  • Promote a high-performance, values-driven culture

  • Lead change management initiatives during organizational transitions

Compensation & Workforce Analytics

  • Partner with leadership on compensation reviews and workforce budgeting

  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decisions

  • Ensure fair and competitive compensation practices

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements

  • Strengthen HR policies, internal controls, and governance processes

  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on risk mitigation

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience

  • At least 3–5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner or HR leadership role

  • Strong background in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations

  • Experience supporting senior leadership teams
