Brand Officer
Job Description:
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Onsite: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM)

The Brand Officer is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of brand strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, sales performance, and customer engagement. This role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with the companys business goals and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand & Marketing Execution: Support brand strategy implementation and ensure consistency across campaigns, in-store materials, and digital platforms.
- Campaign & Promotion Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns, launches, and events.
- Product & Inventory Support: Assist in product life cycle tasks, from launches to pricing and inventory monitoring, based on market insights.
- Sales Analysis & Reporting: Track sales performance, collaborate with Sales teams, and generate performance reports for decision-making.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct research to monitor trends, understand customer behavior, and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
