Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Governance Manager to lead low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements focused on cybersecurity governance, information security, IT security, and resilience management.
The role will oversee project delivery, tailor work programs based on client requirements, provide technical guidance, manage client and team expectations, and coach team members. The Manager will work closely with clients, Senior Managers, and Partners to ensure the successful delivery of cybersecurity and information security consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements related to cybersecurity governance, information security, IT security, and resilience management.
  • Tailor work programs, methodologies, and project approaches according to the client's business and technology environment.
  • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of engagement outputs.
  • Conduct technical briefings and provide guidance to engagement teams on cybersecurity and information security requirements.
  • Manage staff, client, and engagement stakeholders' expectations throughout the project.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and directly communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
  • Review the quality and completeness of project deliverables.
  • Identify project risks and issues and recommend appropriate remediation or solutions.
  • Manage project resources, timelines, billings, and collections.
  • Lead people management activities, including coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with team members to support their professional development.
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers and Partners in managing engagement requirements and client relationships.
  • Contribute to business development and other cybersecurity consulting initiatives when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business consulting or IT assurance projects, particularly in information security, cybersecurity governance, IT security, IT governance, or resilience management.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance principles, information security controls, and technology risk.
  • Experience managing consulting engagements, project teams, and client relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
Preferred Certifications
  • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer
  • ISO 22301 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer
  • Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)
  • CompTIA certifications
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Reporting Structure
The Cybersecurity Governance Manager will be part of the Digital Trust Services Practice – Consulting Team under the Advisory Services Division.
The role will report directly to the Senior Manager and/or Partner of the assigned engagement.
