About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Consumer Operations Head to lead consumer operations and drive business performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end consumer operations and business performance
• Develop and execute strategies to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and customer experience
• Drive operational excellence and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Monitor business KPIs and translate performance insights into actionable strategies
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Collaborate with commercial, merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure operational standards, policies, and business objectives are consistently achieved
• Identify market opportunities and develop initiatives to support business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field 
• Strong experience in operations leadership and business management
• Proven track record in managing large teams and driving business growth
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of P&L and key business metrics
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
