Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Portfolio Head – Software, IoT & Smart Solutions to lead the strategy, development, and growth of software and IoT product offerings across consumer, SME, and enterprise markets. The successful candidate will drive innovation, portfolio expansion, and commercial success while leading a team of product managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives and market demands.

• Lead and manage the overall lifecycle of software and IoT products from concept to market launch and optimization.

• Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities to enhance and expand product offerings.

• Establish pricing models, commercial frameworks, and business cases to support portfolio growth.

• Drive revenue, customer adoption, and portfolio profitability initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Evaluate build, partner, and integration opportunities to accelerate product expansion.

• Monitor portfolio performance and implement initiatives to improve customer value and business impact.

• Lead and mentor product managers while promoting collaboration and innovation across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, or related functions.

• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing multiple products or portfolios.

• Strong knowledge of IoT ecosystems, SaaS solutions, connected devices, and productivity platforms.

• Experience in pricing strategies, P&L management, and commercial planning.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
